We answer within two business days. If an order is mid-flight, include the order link — it tells us everything we need.

Reporting content and blocking users

Order titles, descriptions, photographs and rating comments are written by other people. If any of it is spam, offensive, a scam, a prohibited item, or a counterfeit card, report it — on an order or on a person — and we will review it. Reports reach us immediately and we act on them within 24 hours.

The reasons you can pick from:

You can also block someone. A block is immediate and works both ways: their orders leave your board, yours leave theirs, and neither of you can claim from the other. Blocking is silent — the other person is not told. Blocks are managed in the app under Settings, and you can undo one at any time.

If someone is threatening you or you believe a crime has taken place, contact your local authorities as well as us.

Common questions

How does an order work?
You post the card you want and the most you’ll pay — your ceiling. Your order sits on the board for up to 6 months. A finder at a show claims it, photographs the actual card, and submits it to you. You approve, counter or decline.
How long do I have to respond?
A finder holds a claim for 30 minutes to find and photograph the card. Once they submit, you have 45 minutes to approve, counter or decline — the finder is standing at the table waiting on you. Miss the window and the order lapses; you can still ask the finder whether the card is there.
When does money move?
When you approve. Your payment is held in escrow — the finder is not paid yet. They buy the card, ship it, and you confirm delivery. Only then is the money released. If the card never arrives, contact us before confirming.
What does it cost?
A 8% service fee, charged to the buyer on top of the agreed price. Finders keep 100% of the agreed price. Orders run from $99.00 to $2,000.00.
I’m a finder — when do I get paid?
Payouts go through Stripe Connect once the buyer confirms delivery, on Stripe’s normal payout schedule to your bank. You need to finish Stripe onboarding before you can claim your first order. New finders hold one claim at a time and earn higher limits as orders complete.
Can I change or cancel an order?
You can edit or cancel an order while it is still open. Once a finder has claimed it, cancelling releases their claim and notifies them. An order that is funded or shipped has to run to completion — write to us if something has gone wrong with it.
How do ratings work?
After an order completes, the buyer and the finder each have 14 days to rate the other. Ratings cannot be edited or deleted once left.
I forgot my password.
Use forgot password and we’ll email you a reset link. The link expires; request a new one if it has.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Account Settings → Delete my account. On the web: Settings → Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent. We’ll refuse while you have an order mid-flight, and tell you which ones to settle first.
